International Climate Policy
A seminar by The UK Minister of State for Climate Change, Greg Barker MP, took place at the Goodman Library, Oxford Union, in June 2012, with an introduction given by Sir David King, Director of Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment, University of Oxford, and Q&A chaired by James Cameron, Climate Change Capital.
Greg Barker gave a significant speech on the topic of ‘International Climate Policy’, in the run up to the UN conference on Sustainable Development (Rio+20), and as climate change negotiations enter a key phase following the Durban COP summit in December 2011.
