For those who missed the first seminar, a video of the event is above. Each seminar will build on the previous one, so attendees are encouraged to watch it online and attend Seminar 2, which will explore what business is currently doing to address this challenge and the incongruence with what is required.

On Tuesday 2 November, the first of four seminars on Incongruence was hosted at the Smith School. Dr Mick Blowfield and Leo Johnson presented an overview of the global challenges facing business, highlighting climate change as the most critical of all. They explored the different approaches to tackling climate change and exposed their inadequacies and blind spots, concluding that a fundamental change is needed.
