Anne Augustine

Anne  is founder and director of The Convergency Partnership, and works as consultant, coach and facilitator to individuals, teams and organisations in transition to single planet living.

Anne has held EMEA VP-level Sustainability leadership posts for two multinational companies. Until recently, she was the head of the Sustainability Practice for Edelman, the world’s largest privately owned PR and communications consultancy. Previously, she was Corporate Sustainability programme director for EDS, a global IT services company. She has an international and multi-sector background in consulting, programme management and business development for blue chip companies; and has also worked on a pro bono basis for charities and grassroots organisations.

Anne has an MBA from Oxford University and is an alumna of the Cambridge University Programme for Sustainability Leadership. She a member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), an Associate of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA), and a Member of the Global Association of Corporate Sustainability Officers (GACSO).

Her research interests centre around the sustainability champion within complex organisations, and the integration of sustainability into organisational culture.
