Professor Charles Mason

Visiting Fellow from 1 June 2012 to 2 July 2012. 

Charles Mason visited the Smith School from early October to mid-November 2008 and made subsequent visits in 2009 and 2010.

Chuck is the H. A. “Dave” True, Jr. Chair in Petroleum and Natural Gas Economics in the Department of Economics and Finance at the University of Wyoming. He is an internationally-known scholar who specializes in Environmental and Resource Economics. For the past two years he has served as the managing editor of the top international journal in this field, the Journal of Environmental Economics and Management. Chuck has a BA and PhD in Economics and a BA in Mathematics, all from the University of California at Berkeley.
