Dr Nadine Strauß is a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Research Fellow at the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment where she is researching the role of news media for sustainable finance (www.nadinestrauss.com). Before coming to Oxford, she has worked as a Postdoc for the Media Innovation Lab (MiLab) at the University of Vienna, researching the role of social media for political behaviour and news consumption. She has obtained her Ph.D. from the Amsterdam School of Communication Research, University of Amsterdam. In her doctoral thesis she has investigated mutual relationships between stock market prices and news media reports. Besides the aforementioned research areas, she has also published research articles in peer-reviewed journals about digital diplomacy, issue management, financial journalism, multi-method research designs as well as investor relations and trust.
