Profile
Tom is a Research Assistant at the Oxford Sustainable Finance Group, Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment. He works across inter-disciplinary projects, with keen interests in the green energy transition, investor stewardship and nature impact and dependency metrics for financial institutions.
Prior to joining the Group, Tom worked in the Australian responsible investment sector where he developed standards of practice for sustainable asset management, advised on ESG product development and co-ordinated projects on engagement and voting in the resource sectors. He holds an MSc in Environmental Change and Management from the University of Oxford where he was an Andrew Goudie Scholar, and a Bachelor of Psychology and Bachelor of Applied Finance from Macquarie University. Tom has also passed the CFA level 1 exam.
