Postdoctoral Researcher in Fiscal Policy and the Environment
Fulvia is a PhD candidate in Economics at Queen Mary University of London in the last stage of her dissertation. She is passionate about climate change and its economic and financial effects, holds a background in statistics and conducts research in time series/financial econometrics.
In her PhD research she focused mostly on time series econometrics. She contributed to the literature by developing methods for inference of unevenly spaced and cyclical univariate time series models with applications to environmental and climate data.
During her PhD she worked in the Forecasting and Policy Modelling Division at the European Central Bank where, amongst other things, she investigated the risks that climate change poses to the macroeconomy.
