Karishma Gulrajani works on the low carbon transition, with a focus on the intersection of climate policy and sustainable finance. She has supported policymakers across North America, Europe and Asia develop & implement carbon pricing systems, including modeling considerations around distributional impacts, competitiveness and reinvestment of green revenues. In addition to systems-change through policy, she also works directly with investors to channel green capital. She has worked with both private and public financial institutions to understand the role of catalytic capital, develop investment theses and identify value pools.
She holds a MSc in Economics from the University of Warwick, and is interested in the application of quantitative econometric techniques to issues of climate policy. She is based in London, United Kingdom.
