Liliana Resende

Digital Communications and Marketing Officer


Liliana Resende is the Digital Communications and Marketing Officer for the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment. Her work includes varied tasks ranging from managing the School's social media presence, creating and procuring content for the School's social channels and managing the School's website.

As a graphic and motion designer, Liliana also develops motion, video and graphic assets ensuring brand consistency.

Prior to joining the Smith School, Liliana was the Senior Communications Officer for the MSc in International Health and Tropical Medicine focused on equipping students with tools to solve global health issues in limited resource settings, and ISARIC, an organisation focused on improving standardised global research for emerging infectious respiratory diseases.

Before that, she was the Events and Communications Assistant at Pathways for Prosperity, a research project based at the Blavatnik School of Government.

Liliana has a BA in Set and Costume Design from the Superior School of Theatre and Cinema (Lisbon) and recently completed the course Applied science communication: online and media writing at the University of the West of England.
