Research Associate AGILE project, Oxford Net Zero
Profile
Millicent is a Researcher at the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment, working on the AGILE Sprint 5 project titled “What do we need to know to safely store CO2 beneath our shelf seas?”. Her role works across Oxford Net Zero, Department of Earth Sciences and the Environmental Change Institute.
Her work focuses on the interplay between science and legislation for successfully storing CO2 in offshore geological storage, how CCS can be used for decarbonisation and achieving geological Net Zero through a carbon storage mandate (CTBO).
Millicent holds an MA in Environmental Geography from the University of St Andrews, and an MSc in Environmental Change and Management from University of Oxford.
