Ramya is the Strategic Programmes Manager at the Oxford Sustainable Finance Group. In this capacity, she oversees Nature cluster projects, balancing ecological well-being and economic advancement. Having previously held roles such as Programme Support Officer at World Vision Ireland and Innovation Knowledge Packages Consultant at the International Center for Agricultural Research in the Dry Areas (ICARDA), Ramya has gained hands-on experience in grant tracking, reporting, and packaging innovations. She also contributed to knowledge management and collaborative initiatives during her tenure as Knowledge Management Research Fellow at ICARDA. When she was a Graduate Research Fellow with the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) she has demonstrated a keen aptitude for nurturing knowledge ecosystems and facilitating impactful collaborations.

Ramya won a full scholarship to pursue a Master of Science in Climate Change, Agriculture, and Food Security at the National University of Ireland Galway, underscoring their commitment to understanding the intersection of climate, agriculture, and food security. With a goal of fostering partnerships and utilizing knowledge for sustainable development, Ramya envisions a future where positive change is driven by inclusive strategies.
