Oxford University Economic Recovery Project

Overview

Oxford University Economic Recovery Project (OUERP) is a global hub for developing and communicating long-term economic perspectives on fiscal policy. We bring together leading economists, engineers, and policy experts to guide governments on how to use spending to meet environmental and social objectives without sacrificing economic gains. Our immediate focus is guiding public spending in response to Covid-19 – the Global Recovery Observatory tracks and assesses spending policy announcements from leading economies for potential impacts on the environment and the socio-economy
